Looking for detector
« on: September 01, 2015, 12:29:22 PM »
One of my customers insisted I detect his 1920's house yard, so I took my old Garrett Freedom 3 along so he could try detecting too.
We did not find many coins but he was thrilled with and metal targets he recovered.
Now he is looking into buying a mid range detector  to start out with.
He really liked the bell tone on my Freedom Three so I'm thinking a Garrett GTA 250 OR 350 would work for him.
Let me know if you have a detector for sale or win one at the Annual hunt that you would sell.
His name is Larry and he might be at the Annual to observe and talk to members.
WHEN IN DOUGHT, DIG IT OUT

I purchased a deus xp not long ago, and there is no looking back. Ive been meaning to post my minelab xterra 70 here. He is welcome to try it out before purchase (or anybody else that is interested). I was thinking $350 would be a pretty good deal, but open to offers as well. It needs real headphones. I've been using some Sony stereo headphones I can throw in, (not meant for the outdoors).

Have a good day digging it!
