I live in West Virginia and was wondering if anybody knows of any places to go relic hunting. I know of a few but i haven't been able to get out there due to the weather. I've found a good bit of stuff. Such as: old locks, round balls, shot three ringers, horse bites, rivets, old bottles. Most of the places I go roads don't go there. Well if anybody knows of any please let me know. Thanks

Aleonard, I'm not familiar with what all went on in your area, but I'm sure there was alot of civil war activity around you. Do some research of what battles or skirmishes went on in your area and find the travel routes or military roads of that period. Winter time is the best time for research to get all of your springtime hunting sites lined out.
